The jeep ride will continue to pass by España Boulevard until the Apo-Quezon Avenue Intersection wherein it’ll go straight until it reaches Kalayaan Avenue. Via LRT

You can also take the LRT which is usually faster compared to the jeepney option. You can hop in at Recto Station and get off at Cubao Station after 7 stops. The ride will cost around PHP15 to PHP 30 depending on which station you get in. 

Via Private Car

The most convenient mode of transportation is through a private car since you can head directly from Point A to Point B. The drive from Manila to Quezon City is around 13 kilometers which might take an hour or less depending on the traffic.
